Healthy coping. Is that even a thing? Often when someone is experiencing pain they reach for something to numb those intense feelings. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Some times the pain can just feel like too much for a person to handle. Coping can be a way of surviving until the pain is no longer as intense.
